Your package will be labeled as “Body Oils” and its value will be declared on the customs form. Any import duties, taxes or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We cannot label your package as a gift, nor will we lower its declared value.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or seizures during the Customs clearing process. Please be aware of your country's policies regarding the shipment of fragrances and cosmetics before ordering.

No, returns are not accepted on my products.

During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches.

We use more protective packaging in the heat of summer, so most products do make their journey safely.

Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products.

My products last one year from purchase date.

I will try my best to pack your orders together if you happen to place multiple orders. If I am able to pack them together, I will bump your shipping to priority shipping and then refund any excess that is over $1.

Please reference the Announcements section for our current order processing time. Since we are a small company, this processing time is liable to change depending on order volume.

Products ship via USPS First Class and Priority. Once shipped, you can expect to receive it within 3-6 business days with First Class, and 1-4 days with Priority if you are a US customer. International orders ship via USPS First Class. Shipping times will vary depending on your country.

Please note that during the holidays, shipping times may increase.

We will always email you a tracking number, although it may take a full business day for your tracking information to become visible.

Although we take every safety precaution when crafting our perfume, we cannot guarantee that our products will not cause irritation. We recommend that you discontinue use of any product immediately if it irritates your skin or causes an allergic reaction.

Buyers are NOT permitted to resell Dandy Lions Creations products. The only people permitted to sell DLC products is Dandy themself and any store that they have entered a written contract with. If you are found to be selling DLC products without permission, you will face legal action.

Roll on fragrances are unable to be customized as they must be hand blended and aged for an extended period of time.
